This is my 130th page! If I keep this up, which I plan on doing, I'll have a big collection at the end of 2017. You can get them all here:

Dancers are always fun to draw. So much energy and fluidity in their movements!
Also for those interested, I updated my tutorials with new content and videos. You can check it out here: http://www.swendly.com/tutorials.html

You shouldn’t attempt to learn too many things at once. Plan for the long term. Just like when making a drawing, work from the big picture to the details. Set goals you want to achieve at the end of the year and then break it down into monthly and then weekly goals. Developing your artistic skills take time, and trying to rush through the process will only slow down your development. Patience to go through the process is one of the keys for success in any endeavor!

These are some rough cleanups of some of the sketches I did before.
One of the important aspects I've learned of doing cleanups is to not just trace the preliminary sketch. This will most likely result in a stiff drawing. You should redraw the sketch and put the same energy that you did in the sketch. Only this time you can work a bit cleaner since you already have the rough as a guide.
