Travel Oregon tapped into there inner Studio Ghibli with a new video that advertises tourism to their West Coast state. This video has taken the internet by storm! With millions of views combined through multiple platforms. Travel Oregon gave it a very small description saying, “Based on actual events. More or less.”

The animation of this video was done by Psyop & Sun Creature Studio, and was written and produced by Wieden + Kennedy.

I have family in Oregon, and I must say it is a beautiful place to visit. Their largest city of Portland has a population of 640,000 people. Most of the state is filled with small friendly towns. Also surrounded by natural scenery and travel destinations such as Crater Lake and Mt Hood. Both a must see.

Now you know they have a love for Hayao Miyazaki the Japanese film director, so you have to go visit!
